• Quiet hours 9:00pm-7:00am •There is a $50 per night per person fee for each person that is not stated in the number of guests in your reservation. • Unapproved late check out will result in a fee of $75 Every 30 min after 10 am. • We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. • No Loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 9 pm. • No parties, events, get-togethers or other similar events are allowed. • No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana or other drugs at anytime anywhere on or in the property. There is a $250 smoking fee. • Please no deliveries. • The security system which includes the doorbell camera and smoke detector as well as the Wi-Fi equipment are there for your safety and comfort, tampering with or disabling with the security system and those items is a violation of house rules and will result in an immediate cancelation of the reservation. • Do not disrespect Neighbors

Guests have private access to the condo, one covered parking space, and shared access to the seasonal pool and other listed community amenities. One owner’s closet is locked and reserved for the cleaning team.
